Who is Hollywood Hank?!
Well, it's me...husband, daddy to a fantastic dog, drummer/singer, and what was that other thing...oh yeah... huge collector of many fun things!
I'm 41 years old and have been collecting stuff since I was age 5. My sister Phyllis started me off with her comic book collection of about 628 comics and I've been a hardcore comic book collector ever since. Here's my first ever comic inventory taken at the time (my mom helped) here at the lower right...I even save stuff like that LoL!
I now have over 20 thousand comic books in my personal collection (thanks to very supportive parents who never threw any of my things in the garbage like so many others I've heard about) and I've got a few thousand ready for when I open an online vintage comic book store October 1st of this year 2009.
As well as comic books, I collect many other things relating to comic book themes such as action figures, statues, banks, Star Wars figures and space ships.
My wife Stacey is also into collecting certain items such as Cherished Teddies, Monopoly games, Disney movies and many other things that we share in common.
Throughout my lifetime I have learned where to look to find some hard to get pieces and I want to pass on some of my knowledge to other collectors to make them as happy as I have been these past 36 years!
